
H2O Centro Comercial is located in Rivas-Vaciamadrid which forms part of the greater Madrid metropolitan area. Rivas is a rapid growth node with more than 100 000 inhabitants and very good public transport and road infrastructure.
Developed in 2007, the mall has a current offering of 100 shops with major international tenants including Primark (opening H2-2024), Nike, J D Sports, Mercadona and the Inditex Group (Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, and Stradivarius). H2O is well known for its strong entertainment offering, and features a Lego Fun Factory, an Ozone Bowling and Archade arena, an Urban Planet trampoline park, a 14-screen Yelmo Cinema complex, and a wide array of food & beverage tenants.
The 2023 annual footfall was 8,2 million, and is estimated to grow to 9 million after the opening of Primark. The mall is very well located in close proximity to the Rivas Futura Retail Park, with easy access via the Autovia A3 which links Madrid to Valencia. Traveling distance from Madrid is approximately 22km.
